Los Angeles, CA Airport insecurity persists while passenger harassment has escalated in the battle to make the airports and air travel safe from terrorists. The question still remains: Are airport security workers at LAX were screened for criminal backgrounds and weapons? In 2006 many were found to be criminal illegal immigrants.
